Mary L. Rotunno, J.D., NACD-DC
Advisor
Mary is a healthcare executive and corporate director who brings a rare trifecta of clinical, legal, and governance expertise. A registered nurse turned attorney, she spent her career at the intersection of healthcare operations and strategic leadership, most recently as General Counsel and Executive Leadership Team member at El Camino Health, a $1.4B health system. She has held senior legal roles at CommonSpirit Health, Varian Medical Systems, and top-tier law firms including Manatt and Pillsbury.
Mary currently serves on the boards of Vistagen Therapeutics and SaNOtize R&D. She is NACD board-certified and a Stanford Directors' College graduate.
Janet Miller Evans, MPA, PCC, ITCA
Advisor
Janet is a globally respected executive coach and business leader who has mentored leaders across 45+ countries. With a career spanning government utilities and Fortune 100 companies, leading sales, marketing, and operations teams. She founded Entevos to specialise in communication, emotional intelligence, and leadership development, with a signature strength in deep listening and thinking partnership.
A University of Tennessee graduate, she teaches at the American Management Association and is a Professional Fellow at the Institute of Coaching (McLean Affiliate of Harvard Medical School). She is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and volunteers as an executive coach with the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and How Women Lead.
Nancy Bhagat

Nancy is a seasoned CMO and technology executive with 20+ years of experience turning innovative technology into real-world business impact. She has held marketing leadership roles at Intel, Macromedia, TE Connectivity, and Serviceaide, and now channels that expertise into advising companies on brand growth, product launches, geographic expansion, and revenue scaling.
A Gettysburg College graduate, Nancy is also a sought-after speaker at industry events and universities including UC Berkeley and Santa Clara. She is a committed advocate for women and underserved communities through nonprofit board service and volunteering.

Dr. Adetosoye is a global health executive and leadership strategist who has overseen program portfolios exceeding $1 billion across 40+ countries, advancing HIV, maternal and child health, and health systems strengthening initiatives across Africa, Asia, and the US. As Founder and CEO of 1099 Impact Street, she partners with mission-driven organisations to build adaptive teams and improve program performance.
Previously in senior leadership at Management Sciences for Health, she is a trusted advisor to governments and multilateral agencies, known for blending operational rigour with people-centred leadership. She holds a PhD in Healthcare Policy & Management and two Master's degrees from UCLA, and is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach.
Jackie Ejuwa PharmD, MHL

Dr. Ejuwa is a healthcare transformation executive with 30+ years of leadership across health systems, pharmacy benefit management, and payor organisations. As President & CEO of Transformative Blue Health Advisors, she helps healthcare startups and legacy organisations integrate innovation, strengthen operations, and achieve sustainable, equity-driven growth, earning a reputation as a positive disruptor who simplifies complexity and builds lasting trust.
A Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Florida and Executive Master of Healthcare Leadership from Brown University, she also founded EmpowerHER Impact Network, a nonprofit advancing immigrant and first-generation women leaders. She is a board member of San Francisco Community Health Center and an active speaker, mentor, and coach.

Eric is a seasoned CFO with 30+ years of financial leadership across semiconductor, cybersecurity, and medical technology, having held senior roles at Intel, McAfee, and iRhythm Technologies. He brings deep expertise in financial strategy, global operations, and driving excellence in complex, high-growth industries.
Beyond the boardroom, Eric serves on the Advisory Board of CrowdGen AI and has dedicated time to the board of Dress for Success Oregon, championing economic independence for women.
